2.) Artwork must be submitted on time.

What rights do you have and what rights do you give us (Damadar/Entwined Studios) by entering this contest?
By sending us a contest entry you have to agree to all the terms and conditions in the Furcadia Terms of Service. The Artwork Copyright, of course, still belongs to you and we will not use it for profit without your permission. (This means we won't sell it to anyone on a t-shirt or a print or anything else without your permission.) You, in turn, also agree not to use the artwork for profit. (This means you won't sell it to anyone on a T-Shirt, Print, or anything else.) You do give us the right to upload the art to be viewed by anyone at any time and for as long as we want. You agree to allow us to use the artwork for both promotion and advertisement. You agree that to the best of your knowledge that you created the artwork yourself and you have permission to use all materials that went into making it. You agree that all decisions by the judges are final and that you are not guaranteed to win any prize.
